This is the single most useful factor I've run across. The non-stick material on the bottom of the bowl allows you to whisk and mix with no fear of the bowl scooting across a surface. The manage is so straightforward to hold onto. There is a slight pour spout and despite the fact that mine is really a couple of years old, it really is in wonderful shape. Indestructable!
